MS-Office Integration

A primary reason that the Microsoft Office suite all but obliterated desktop competition was it's tight object oriented integration (DDE cum OLE) and the power of it's built in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) development language.

At PrimS we can seamlessly integrate MS Access, MS Excel and MS Outlook enabling professional reports to be produced at the click of a button, pulling in information from across the suite and presenting where appropriate, for example; 

  • Where Excel files begin to proliferate unmanageably, we can transfer the functionality into Access but of course...
  • Where number crunching or graphical reporting is required the power of MS Excel can still be utilised whilst keeping control of your data within an MS Access database.
  • Where your customers, suppliers or Corporate HQ send you base data via Web-based or emailed reports, we can automate importation of the raw data and apply any repetitive manipulation or formatting requirements to present the information as you need it
